Cinemag_Mast (Movie News):  కన్నడ నటుడు రిషబ్‌ శెట్టి స్వీయ దర్శకత్వంలో రూపొందిన ‘కాంతార చాప్టర్‌ 1’ చిత్రం బాక్సాఫీస్ వద్ద రికార్డులను సృష్టిస్తోంది. ఈ చిత్రం ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా ఇప్పటికే రూ.717 కోట్లకు పైగా వసూళ్లను సాధించి, గతంలో రూ.700 కోట్లు వసూలు చేసిన ‘గదర్ 2’ రికార్డును అధిగమించింది.

దీంతో, దేశంలో అత్యధిక వసూళ్లు సాధించిన చిత్రాల్లో ‘కాంతార చాప్టర్‌ 1’ 16వ స్థానానికి చేరింది. అలాగే, 2025లో అత్యధిక కలెక్షన్లు సాధించిన సినిమాల్లో రెండో స్థానం దక్కించుకుంది. అంతకుముందే ఈ చిత్రం రూ.650 కోట్లకు పైగా వసూలు చేసి ‘బాహుబలి: ది బిగినింగ్‌’ రికార్డును కూడా బద్దలుకొట్టింది.

ఈ చిత్రంలో రుక్మిణి వసంత్‌ కథానాయికగా నటించగా, గుల్షన్‌ దేవయ్య, జయరాజ్‌ కీలక పాత్రల్లో కనిపించారు.

Cinemag_masti (Movie News):  The Kannada film ‘Kantara Chapter 1’, directed by and starring Rishab Shetty, is soaring at the box office. The movie has effortlessly crossed the ₹650 crore mark, breaking the record of ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’, and has now surpassed the collection of ‘Gadar 2’.

While ‘Gadar 2’ collected a worldwide gross of ₹700 crore, ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ has raced ahead with a collection of ₹717 crore. This achievement has pushed ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ to the 16th spot among the highest-grossing films in India. It has also secured the second position among the highest-grossing films of 2025.

Rukmini Vasanth stars as the lead actress in the movie, with Gulshan Devaiah and Jayaraj playing pivotal roles.
